Exchange Policy

At ZIVAAR, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy before placing an order.

1. Exchange Period
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.

2. Exchange Conditions
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed,  and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Used, washed, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product photographs.

4. How to Request an Exchange
Email thezivaar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Please wait for approval before returning any item.

5. Shipping Charges
Any applicable exchange shipping charges will be communicated before processing.

6. Returns and Refunds
We generally offer exchanges only and do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
