At ZIVAAR, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to make the process simple while allowing us to process orders efficiently.

1. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address or phone number used for the order
  • Reason for cancellation, if applicable

2. Before Order Processing

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the cancellation is approved, any eligible payment will be refunded using the applicable payment method.

3. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In such cases, you may need to receive the order and follow our Refund & Returns Policy, provided the product is eligible for return.

4. Customised Products

Orders for customised, personalised or specially prepared products may not be cancellable once production or preparation has started.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel such an order.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation by ZIVAAR

ZIVAAR may cancel an order where necessary, including due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Circumstances preventing fulfilment of the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed.
